Gold City Double IPA pours a beautiful golden colour with an off white head. Stone fruit, melon and resinous pine on the nose. Citrus and piney hop flavour followed by a slow building bitterness balanced with a malty sweetness. Full bodied IPA, brewed with Centennial, Chinook, Cascade and El Dorado in the kettle, then dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo Motueka and Nectaron.
