1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be received back by us within 30 days of your original delivery date

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags still attached.

Be free of any marks, stains, odours, or damage (e.g., makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair).

Be returned in its original packaging (e.g., poly bag).
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange (Unless Faulty):

Beer. Can't be returned or exchanged BUT if something is not right please let us know - we'll make it right.

Items marked as "Clearance Sale" or "No Returns" (this will be clearly stated on the product page)
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@hardroadbrewing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

Await Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RA number.

Package Your Item(s): Securely package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your order number and RA number inside the package.

Ship Your Item(s):

For change of mind returns/exchanges: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For faulty items: If your item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above.

In your return request email, specify the item, size, and colour you would like in exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

For exchanges due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the new item to you.
5. Faulty Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but we are humans too, solease inspect your goods on receipt. If you find a fault, please contact us immediately at info@hardroadbrewing.com with:

Your order number

A description of the fault

Photographs clearly showing the fault

if the item is deemed faulty, you will be offered a replacement, repair, or full refund, including original shipping costs. We will also cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are generally eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless they are faulty. This will be clearly stated on the product page if a specific sale item has different return conditions.
