Using apples sourced from two of the best apple growing regions in Australia, we have made this cider using a slow fermentation and stopped it right at the perfect moment to retain those beautiful fermentation characteristics of apple pie crust and cinnamon.
 
All the juice you're drinking is fermented. There’s no back sweetening, no concentrates, just pure fermented apples. Semi-sweet/original cider, made the traditional way.
