Delicious fruited sour beer that hits you with tart, grapefruit pith acidity. This quickly mellows into a mouthful of fresh cherries, aa 12% of this beer is made with real Yarra Valley Morello Cherries. A 50/50 balance of Pilsner and Wheat malts play with the yeast and acids from the kettle souring (Lactobacillus). Expect a blushing Ruby colour and lively mouthfeel.
